Who to contact
This notice applies to the NCLEX-prep storefront at nclex-prep.online. For questions about your information or a privacy request, email support@nclex-prep.online. The merchant’s legal identity and business contact information will be provided at live checkout.
Information we collect
When you purchase, we receive your delivery email, order and payment identifiers, payment status, and your acceptance of digital-delivery terms. We do not collect your full card number or security code: payment details and any necessary billing information are entered directly with Dodo Payments. If you contact support, we receive the details you choose to send.
Hosting and payment services may process device information, IP addresses, request logs, and security signals. Our checkout uses a hashed IP-based rate-limit record to reduce abuse. The download link is an access credential; avoid sharing it.
Why we use it
We use information to process purchases, verify payments, deliver the PDF and download email, troubleshoot delivery, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Where relevant, processing is based on performing our purchase contract, legitimate interests in running and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Services that help deliver your order
Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment processing under its own terms and privacy notice. Resend is the configured email-delivery service. Cloudflare-based hosting, database, and private file storage support the storefront and protected delivery. These providers process information needed for their services and may process it in other countries. Their applicable contracts and transfer safeguards govern those activities.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add purchase emails to a marketing list automatically.
Cookies and analytics
This storefront does not currently add advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies. The order confirmation page uses temporary browser-session storage for your private order credential so that refreshing the page does not lose access. This is used for delivery, not advertising. Necessary cookies may be used by payment or hosting providers for security and checkout. The private review environment may require a platform access cookie; the customer storefront itself has no account or sign-up requirement. Any future nonessential tracking will require an updated notice and consent controls where required.
How long information is kept
We retain order and delivery records while needed to fulfill purchases, resolve issues, and comply with applicable tax, accounting, or dispute obligations. Retention depends on the merchant’s applicable legal requirements. Security rate-limit records are operational data; support correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve and document the request. You may request deletion of information that we are not required to retain.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your information. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact support@nclex-prep.online; we may request reasonable verification to protect your records. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and children
We use encrypted connections, server-side payment verification, and purchase-specific download links. No online service can promise absolute security. The guide is intended for nursing students and adult learners; the storefront is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if a child has submitted personal information.
Updates
We may update this notice when services or data practices change. The revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
